R E F E R R A L S

Most of our projects come to us via word of mouth referrals. It means a great deal to us that someone thinks highly enough of our work to recommend us to a friend or colleague.

To show our appreciation, Flash Consortium will reward any referral, earning 10% or $100 (the lesser of the two amounts) directly to you once the project is complete.

TERMS OF AGREEMENT

Only 1 payment made per web site.
Referral payment will be paid to the referrer once Flash Consortium has received full payment from the referred client.
Referrers cannot refer their own web site
There is no limit to how many people you can refer, or how much you can earn from referrals.

By submitting a referral you agree to all the terms outlined below. When you submit a referral and Flash Consortium Web provides its services, you become eligible to receive a referral fee. When the project is complete and the account is paid in full, your referral fee of 10% or $100.00 (the lesser of the two amounts) is paid directly to you.

For Example, Jane Doe refers ABC Fish store through the form above. ABC Fish store contacts Flash Consortium to complete a web development project. When the project is complete and ABC Fish store pays Flash Consortium $900.00 (within 30 days of the invoice date), Flash Consortium pays Jane Doe $90.00 (10% of $900.00) for her referral.

NOTICE: For all invoiced/paid amounts of $1000.00 or more, the referral fee remains fixed at $100.00 (not 10% of the contracted amount). Payments that are received past due (over 30 days late) will nullify the referral fee. This offer may change or cease at any time and without notice from Flash Consortium. Flash Consortium will not be held liable for any resulting or related damages.
